I recently bought a used car and Elliot, the salesman, was excellent. He really made me feel seen and listened to, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and working with me to achieve it.
He explained that a test drive wasn’t available at the time because the wheels were off the vehicle being refurbished, but he went above and beyond by arranging for the vehicle handover and exchange to be completed at my workplace. This saved me having to travel back to Tamworth again, which I really appreciated.
